We currently deliver only in Metro Manila. Should the recipient of the ordered item refuse to accept, said order is still considered completed without liability to us.
Additions to ordered items can be accommodated as long as prior notice is made a day before delivery date.
No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available on day of delivery. We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers ordered are not available or not of quality suitable for your order and/or event. In such cases, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
Cancellation of ordered items must be made a day before delivery date by written and/or email notice, whereupon payment, if any, will be refunded. Otherwise, ordered items will be considered completed and without refund.
For wedding and events, a final consultation may be scheduled 15 days prior to event date, whereupon the balance is due and payable. Contract cancellation must be made in writing no later than 15 days prior to event date, whereupon all monies paid will be refunded less non-refundable deposit of P2,000.
We reserve the right to cancel this contract if we feel that the obligations cannot be met due to fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergency or “acts of God”, whereby liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid.
